The Platform aggregates, organizes, processes, links to, and displays information obtained from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. Inclusion of any information does not mean GIS Defence Awareness Platform independently created, owns, endorses, or has independently verified that information.

B. Informational Purpose

The Platform is provided for general informational, educational, research, monitoring, and situational-awareness purposes. It is not intended to serve as the sole basis for operational, military, aviation, maritime, emergency, security, legal, financial, investment, compliance, or safety-critical decisions.

C. Accuracy and Availability

Accuracy, completeness, geographic coverage, update frequency, latency, availability, and reliability depend on the originating public sources and third-party providers. Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, inferred, outdated, unavailable, or removed without notice.

The Platform and its information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

E. No Operational Reliance

Users should verify important information through authoritative and appropriate official channels before acting upon it. The Platform should not be relied upon for aircraft separation, maritime navigation, emergency response, targeting, military operations, law-enforcement deployment, public-safety dispatch, or any other safety-critical activity.

F. Third-Party Sources and Links

The Platform may display, embed, summarize, transform, or link to third-party information, websites, APIs, media, maps, feeds, images, and videos. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, licences, privacy practices, access restrictions, and availability. GIS Defence Awareness Platform does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, availability, or continued operation.

G. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

Trademarks, databases, maps, media, feeds, software, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Attribution is provided where required or reasonably practicable (see Data Sources). Displaying information does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property to GIS Defence Awareness Platform or to any user.

H. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, contractual obligations, website terms, data-use restrictions, and third-party licences. Users must not use the Platform for unlawful activity, harassment, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, cyber abuse, interference with systems, or violation of another party's rights.

I. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GIS Defence Awareness Platform and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and data providers are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on the information, service interruption, inaccurate data, delayed data, third-party content, or misuse of the Platform.

J. Changes to the Platform

Sources, features, feeds, functionality, coverage, and access may be changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
